As a parent and a coach who has attended more pictures days over the years than I can remember, I thought I had seen it all. The day we had scheduled for pictures, it rained like never before. You took it completely in stride. You did your best to get in what shots you could before it became to wet to continue. When we realized we would have to call it, you said no problem, we can "simply" reschedule. All I could imagine was the nightmare in front of us trying to reschedule approximately 30 teams. Well "simply" is exactly how it went. You took it upon yourself to coordinate a sitting time with EACH of the coaches at their convenience. That in itself was no small feat, but you worked it out brilliantly. In the past, the photographers acted as if they hated being there and couldn't wait to get it over. Your attitude with the kids was such a hit with us and your patience was immeasurable. I can say without any doubt, our picture days was the most enjoyable and well organized of ANY picture days we have ever been in. And to top it all off, your pictures are of the best quality we have ever received. I look forward to many more years of your continued great service. Thank you. Let me start by saying I absolutely Love my sons baseball photos. They totally beat my expectations, for how good they turned out vs how very little they cost.
